2. About Us

Canadian Flooring & Renovations is a flooring and renovation company operating in Metro Vancouver since 1999, with a showroom at Unit 260 – 1916 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6J 1Z2. We provide flooring products (hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet, countertops), full kitchen and bathroom renovations, and related installation services.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Use automated tools to scrape product data, submit fake form entries, or otherwise abuse the service
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or content that infringes anyone else's rights
• Use the site to send spam or unsolicited communications

4. Quotes and Estimates

Submitting a quote request through this site does not create a binding contract. We will follow up with you, typically within one business day, to confirm details and provide a written quote. A project is only confirmed once a signed contract and deposit are received.

Verbal estimates and quote previews are non-binding. Final pricing is established only in the written quote we provide after seeing your space and reviewing materials.

5. Product Information

We work hard to keep product listings accurate, but specifications, finishes, availability, and pricing can change without notice. Images on this site are representative; actual finishes may vary slightly. Please confirm any critical specification with us before placing a final order.

6. Photos You Upload

If you upload photos with your quote request, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use those photos internally to provide a quote and to discuss your project with our team and trades. We will not publish your photos publicly without your written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images of our completed projects, our logo, layout, and code — is the property of Canadian Flooring & Renovations or its licensors. Product images and specifications belong to the respective brand owners (e.g. KOHLER, Beaulieu, Inhaus, Lauzon). You may not republish substantial portions of this site without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites (manufacturers, social media, mapping). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and pass through to you with your purchase. Installation work is covered by our written installation guarantee, the terms of which are spelled out in your project contract.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadian Flooring & Renovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of website use is limited to CAD $100. Liability arising out of a signed project contract is governed by the terms of that contract, not this section.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the site you consent to that policy.
