Canadian Flooring & Renovations opened in 1999. We handle flooring and renovation work for homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial clients across the Vancouver area.
Over 25 years, we've grown from a single flooring shop on West Broadway into a full-service renovation company — but the way we work hasn't changed. Every project, big or small, gets the same hands-on attention from the same people who've been doing this for years.
We keep pricing clear, communicate openly, and stand behind our installations with a 1-Year Installation Guarantee. Product warranties vary by brand and manufacturer.
From our showroom on West Broadway we serve the full Metro Vancouver area — including Kitsilano, Downtown, Shaughnessy, UBC, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and New Westminster. Beyond Metro Vancouver, we have also completed projects in Whistler, Squamish, the Sunshine Coast, and other BC communities on request.
