Do you offer free in-home estimates?
Yes — free in-home estimates are available across Metro Vancouver. Our team brings samples, measures your space, and gives you a detailed written quote with no obligation. Book one through the contact form or call 604-739-4477.
Do you supply materials, install, or both?
Both. We carry over 7,900+ products in our showroom and warehouse, and our in-house installation crews handle every project. You can buy materials only, hire us for installation only, or have us manage both — most clients choose the supply-and-install package because it keeps warranty and accountability with one company.
How does the consultation and estimate process work?
First we have a quick phone call to understand your project. Next we visit your home with relevant samples, measure the space, and discuss layout, finishes and timing. Within 48 hours you receive a clear written quote — no hidden fees, no surprises.
How do I choose the right flooring or material for my space?
Our showroom team helps you weigh durability, water resistance, budget, and style. Bring a photo of the room (or send measurements) and we'll suggest 2–3 options that fit. For kitchens and bathrooms we usually recommend tile or LVP; for living areas and bedrooms hardwood, engineered, or laminate.
What's the difference between hardwood, engineered hardwood, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP)?
Solid hardwood is one piece of natural wood, refinishable several times, ideal for above-grade rooms. Engineered hardwood has a real wood top layer over a stable plywood core — better for basements and over concrete. LVP is 100% waterproof vinyl that mimics wood/stone and is ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and high-traffic areas.
What about laminate, tile, and carpet — when is each best?
Laminate is a budget-friendly, scratch-resistant option for living areas and bedrooms. Tile is the most durable choice for bathrooms, kitchens, mudrooms and entryways. Carpet brings warmth and noise dampening — ideal for bedrooms, basements and stairs. We carry all four categories and can pair them throughout your home.
How long does a typical flooring installation take?
A single room is usually done in 1–2 days. A full home (1,500–2,500 sq ft) typically takes 3–7 working days depending on the material, subfloor prep, and furniture moving. We give you an exact timeline with your quote.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom renovation take?
A standard bathroom remodel usually takes 2–3 weeks once demolition begins. A full kitchen renovation runs 4–8 weeks depending on cabinetry lead times, countertop fabrication, and electrical/plumbing scope. We schedule a clear day-by-day plan with you before work starts.
Do you handle subfloor preparation?
Yes. Proper subfloor prep is the difference between a flooring install that lasts and one that doesn't. We level high spots, fill low spots, address moisture, and add underlayment where required. Prep work is included in your written quote — no after-the-fact surprises.
How should I plan a renovation before contacting you?
Have a rough budget range in mind, photos of the existing space, and a list of must-haves vs. nice-to-haves. You don't need to pick exact materials yet — that's what the consultation is for. We'll guide you on what's realistic for your budget and timeline.
Do you remove and dispose of old flooring?
Yes. Removal, hauling and disposal of your old flooring can be included in any installation. Costs vary based on material (carpet/laminate is fastest, glued-down or stapled hardwood takes more labour).
How do I prepare my home for installation day?
Clear small items, valuables and breakables from rooms being worked on. We can move furniture for a small additional fee, or you can move it yourself. Pets are best kept in another room or off-site. We lay protective coverings on adjacent floors and finishes for the duration of the job.
Do you offer commercial flooring and renovation services?
Yes. We handle offices, retail, restaurants, multi-family buildings, and tenant improvements. We use commercial-grade materials, can work after-hours or in phases to keep your business running, and can coordinate with property managers and architects directly. See our Services page.
Is there a warranty on your installation work?
Yes — our installation work is covered for 1 year. Product warranties are separate and vary by brand and manufacturer (typically 15–50 years for flooring, 10+ years for countertops). If something goes wrong, we help you sort out the claim and coordinate any repair work.
Can you order a specific product I've seen elsewhere?
Most likely yes. We work with all major North American flooring and renovation suppliers, so if you've seen a product at another showroom or online we can usually source it (or recommend a near-match) at competitive pricing. Send us the brand, collection, and SKU and we'll come back with availability and price.
Where is your showroom located?
Unit 260 – 1916 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6J 1Z2. We have 2,500+ products on display — hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet, countertops, wall panels and plumbing fixtures. Book a visit or stop in Mon–Fri 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Sat 10 AM–5 PM.

Can you match my existing flooring?
In most cases yes — we have access to most major manufacturers and can usually source the exact product or a near-match. Bring a sample (a 2-inch board scrap is ideal) or a clear photo to the showroom and we'll track it down.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing options are available for projects above a certain size. Talk to us during your estimate appointment and we'll walk you through current options.
What payment methods do you accept?
E-transfer, cheque, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. A deposit is taken at the start, with the balance due upon project completion. All payments are documented with formal invoices.
