A 45-day full renovation of a downtown Vancouver sub-penthouse loft — every surface transformed, from the staircase up. The project featured a custom glass staircase, designer Versace porcelain tile, full hardwood flooring with subfloor leveling, a complete kitchen rebuild, a refreshed lighting design throughout, and finishing details across every room. A high-end downtown loft renovation for a client who wanted nothing left untouched.
