A 70-day full renovation of a 1,200 sq ft, two-bedroom, two-bathroom Yaletown condo in downtown Vancouver — every finish custom, every detail designed in close collaboration with the client throughout the project. We removed a wall to open up the main living area, removed popcorn ceilings throughout, rebuilt both bathrooms and the kitchen with custom cabinetry and finishes, installed new flooring, and completed the unit with high-end downtown finishes — a top-to-bottom transformation delivered as a true design-build collaboration.
